The best way to get fit is to have fun with it! Today’s challenge is to get active with someone else. Need an idea?

  • Do some easy exercises in a park with your kids

  • Go for a jog together as a family

  • Grab a friend and hit the gym

  • Family living out of town? Go for a walk over the phone. Get active and catch up at the same time!
