What Can I Expect at My First Visit?

Following a comprehensive history, your Physiotherapist will conduct a physical exam, which may or may not include an internal exam depending on pregnancy or length of time postpartum. All examinations are conducted in a private room and typically last 60 minutes. Following the examination, your Therapist will explain the assessment findings and develop an individualized treatment plan.
