Injured at work? As a WCB approved facility, you are able to access the same great services and level of care as with any other mechanism of injury!
Your initial assessment and treatment will be covered by WCB and, if your claim is accepted, you can receive up to 16 treatments over a 6 week period. To access these services, please ensure that:
You have reported your injury to your employer and filled out any required paperwork. Your employer is responsible for informing WCB within 72 hours that you had a work related injury.
Follow up with your Physician. Your Physician will also report your injury to WCB and provide you with a referral to access treatment.
Alert WCB Alberta to your injury. It is important to report your injury as soon as possible, you can find details here.
